Hightech Pharmaceuticals & Research Ltd has been licensed by the County Government of Nakuru as a pharmaceutical company. A certificate of Registration of a factory was issued by the Director of occupational Health and Safety Services under the Factories Act Cap 514 Republic of Kenya. An environmental audit by NEMA is done on yearly basis.
